A Father’s Solemn Duty
The solemn duty of a father is the protection of his children. One of the tools a father has at his disposal is the national sex offender registry. This allows a father to know if adults interacting with his children have past convictions for sex crimes. Your 11-year-old daughter has a best friend whose mom has just remarried. Your daughter’s friend wants to have a sleepover. How much do you really know about the new stepdad?
NARSOL: Protecting Sex Offenders
NARSOL, the National Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws, is actively engaged in abolishing the sex offender registry and protecting sex offenders by getting rid of laws that protect our communities and children. They wish to take this tool away from fathers. It should come as no surprise to you that their ranks are filled with people who have been convicted of sex crimes and are registered sex offenders. Their annual conference will be held June 26th-29th in Grand Rapids, Michigan. If the hotel hosting them refuses to cancel this event, the Proud Boys will be sending members from multiple chapters in protest. You can read our press release here.
If you are a male who agrees with our 12 tenets and are interested in applying to become a Proud Boy, you can do so here. There are Proud Boys who are white, black, Asian, Hispanic, and Native American. Your skin color, ethnicity, and religion (or lack thereof) are unimportant.
